Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return or refund under the following terms:

1. Return Eligibility

1.1. Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
1.2. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
1.3. Custom-printed products are non-refundable, except for manufacturing defects or printing errors.

2. How to Initiate a Return

2.1. Email us at sales@davincreative.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2.2. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
2.3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

3. Refunds

3.1. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3.2. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days via the original payment method.
3.3. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

4.1. Exchanges are accepted for defective or incorrect items.
4.2. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products (unless defective)

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at sales@davincreative.co.uk with photos of the issue.
